Max and the service team at Sawyer's are wonderful. They do a fantastic job and are very professional.

I had an appointment at 8 am however, by approximately 3:30 pm we hadn’t heard anything so my husband called to get an update. I ultimately picked up my car around 4:30 pm as it had never even been looked at. I’m not sure that anyone would’ve even given us an update had we not called. Knowing that it was a Friday and service doesn’t work weekends, I couldn’t just leave my car. I have 4 young kids and we both work full time. There was zero consideration of us in this instance.

Always done right and in a timely manner. I take all of my vehicles to Sawyers for service.

It went well

very good service, however, I had to have my battery replaced on my leased Chevy Trax and it was not covered under the GM warranty; not by dealership. GM needs to recheck their warranty coverage on leased vehicles.

I was greeted warmly by the technician, and I was in and out in just a few minutes. They called about an hour later and said my car was ready to pick up.

It's was a simple oil change tire rotation but as usual, they were prompt and thorough.

Was not contacted when the replacement part came in - had to make a few phone calls myself to check on its status.

I come to sawyers to get my oil change done. I love how quick you fit me in and then quickly get it done. Everyone is really polite, kind and courteous. There are 2 problems or more like suggestions. #1 the reminder label. Seriously, I have come to sawyers 99% of the time, and you can not take 2 seconds to take the sticky stuff off my window. lol. It is annoying. I love the new clings the last 2 times, thank you. Go the extra mile. #2 this time and one other time, handprints and oil spill on the front of my car. I did not say anything the last time it happened, but really. I smelled oil and could not believe what I saw. I know my car was winter dirty, it has been a busy May, but please treat me like I make a million. Go the extra mile, make my day. I use to go to a different dealership and they vacuumed(just the driver side) and washed my car. I do not expect that but really, handprints? ugh!

I’ve been coming there since I bought the Cruz in 2016 and have been very happy with the service. I don’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of and costs have been very fair.

Had a few hiccups at the start of my service experience. My cell phone number was wrong, with the area code being wrong. We had pointed this out at a vehicle purchase about a month ago, but it was still wrong. After figuring out what was the problem, the service manager contacted me frequently with updates and get my vehicle service completed. Thank you for the great work you all do.

Jeff has always been a fantastic salesman and I’ll always go to him first to buy a vehicle.i just wish y'all sold more than Chevrolet.

Very quick for the oil change.

Made an appointment for a simple oil change. Got there at the appointed time. A half hour later was told they didn't have the filter and it would be another 45 minutes before they would have one. An hour later they still didn't have the filter. I said drive me to my house and I will get the filter that is sitting in my garage. By the time we got back they had finally received the filter and proceeded to complete the job. Took 2.5 hours to finish an oil change. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Nobody bothered to check and make sure they had the necessary parts prior to my arrival. This is the second time this dealership has screwed me over on a simple job.

Frustrating when you go in for a routine oil change in something wrong. It’s done to my car and I have to call off work to come in the next working day to get my car fixed not the first time this has happened. Have had several issues with the service department

The dealership is fine nice salesman. Very disappointed in the new Chevy equinox. I would not have purchased.if id known i would be extorted for $265 to have a hitch wiring harness enabled. Car also had an extremely loud rear vibration that took 3 service calls to fix.

Everyone there is great, just having problems with the phone and the electronic system. Had it in twice now hopefully no more.

I’ve always had good service from sawyers this isn’t about sawyers it’s making Gm no that spending 580.00 for labor an 80.00 for parts to service a transmission .Gm engineering needs to rethink its design.I hope your Gm rep.reads this. Ken Block sawyer customer.

New front view camera was installed but the warning light remained on. Dealership tried to fix the issue but ended up filing a technical case report with GM for resolution. When they reply to the dealer I have to take the truck back again to get the issue resolved.

Excellent service by professional and courteous staff. Only dealership I would bring my vehicles for service. They also contribute to the local community and have the absolute best Halloween display I’ve ever seen.

Your price for doing break work on my truck was to pricy it didn’t need a complete all a around brake job

Very quick for an oil change. I like that I can use the app to schedule for 7 am.

We had 2 vehicles serviced. We do not believe the tire pressure was checked. Less than 9 hours later, there was a warning light. We put air in and it is holding. Also, the tech left a lot of marks on the sill plate that had to be cleaned up. Lastly, we had a headlight bulb out and it wasn't inspected. Maybe you don't inspect tires and headlights. I don't know, but those seem like basic inspection items. Just seemed like this time there wasn't the same level of care as previous experiences.

Truck would not start after leaving Walgreen's. Sawyer's came and jump-started it and got it in for a new battery. Sawyer's then came and picked me up so I could drive the truck home. Sawyer's staff are so helpful. Sawyer's really helped me out on a very cold winter's day! Thank you.

Was told would be looked at in a day or two. It took 5 days to get a quote and 7 days to begin the work. Was told the cost would be $775 and that they would fill the fuel tank up. I said not to fill it up at $5 per gallon and to just put a gallon or two stating that I assumed you marked up the fuel. When he still quoted $775, I asked him to fill it up if it doesn't change the cost at all. When Jacob didn't tell me that you typically just put in a couple gallons and just pass that cost through and add it to the $775, I had no idea that the total would be $790 plus tax. The extra $15 was no big deal. It was the combative and argumentative stance that Jacob took when I asked about the extra cost and why he didn't communicate that to me. He insisted that he did and that I was just wrong. When I told him, "If you can't communicate the cost, I guess I won't be back." he said, "that's fine" and walked away. The two girls at the cashier counter witnessed the entire thing and didn't say a thing. I don't need any more proof that you don't appreciate your customers.
