I come to sawyers to get my oil change done. I love how quick you fit me in and then quickly get it done. Everyone is really polite, kind and courteous. There are 2 problems or more like suggestions. #1 the reminder label. Seriously, I have come to sawyers 99% of the time, and you can not take 2 seconds to take the sticky stuff off my window. lol. It is annoying. I love the new clings the last 2 times, thank you. Go the extra mile. #2 this time and one other time, handprints and oil spill on the front of my car. I did not say anything the last time it happened, but really. I smelled oil and could not believe what I saw. I know my car was winter dirty, it has been a busy May, but please treat me like I make a million. Go the extra mile, make my day. I use to go to a different dealership and they vacuumed(just the driver side) and washed my car. I do not expect that but really, handprints? ugh!

Made an appointment for a simple oil change. Got there at the appointed time. A half hour later was told they didn't have the filter and it would be another 45 minutes before they would have one. An hour later they still didn't have the filter. I said drive me to my house and I will get the filter that is sitting in my garage. By the time we got back they had finally received the filter and proceeded to complete the job. Took 2.5 hours to finish an oil change. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Nobody bothered to check and make sure they had the necessary parts prior to my arrival. This is the second time this dealership has screwed me over on a simple job.

We had 2 vehicles serviced. We do not believe the tire pressure was checked. Less than 9 hours later, there was a warning light. We put air in and it is holding. Also, the tech left a lot of marks on the sill plate that had to be cleaned up. Lastly, we had a headlight bulb out and it wasn't inspected. Maybe you don't inspect tires and headlights. I don't know, but those seem like basic inspection items. Just seemed like this time there wasn't the same level of care as previous experiences.

Was told would be looked at in a day or two. It took 5 days to get a quote and 7 days to begin the work. Was told the cost would be $775 and that they would fill the fuel tank up. I said not to fill it up at $5 per gallon and to just put a gallon or two stating that I assumed you marked up the fuel. When he still quoted $775, I asked him to fill it up if it doesn't change the cost at all. When Jacob didn't tell me that you typically just put in a couple gallons and just pass that cost through and add it to the $775, I had no idea that the total would be $790 plus tax. The extra $15 was no big deal. It was the combative and argumentative stance that Jacob took when I asked about the extra cost and why he didn't communicate that to me. He insisted that he did and that I was just wrong. When I told him, "If you can't communicate the cost, I guess I won't be back." he said, "that's fine" and walked away. The two girls at the cashier counter witnessed the entire thing and didn't say a thing. I don't need any more proof that you don't appreciate your customers.

Truck would not start after leaving Walgreen's. Sawyer's came and jump-started it and got it in for a new battery. Sawyer's then came and picked me up so I could drive the truck home. Sawyer's staff are so helpful. Sawyer's really helped me out on a very cold winter's day! Thank you.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my 2022 Silverado. I dropped the truck off and waited for the work to be done. The work was done on time with no issues. I enjoy the small town feel at Sawyers. The salesman I bought the truck from came over and chatted with my wife and I. Good experience.

We purchased two cars in one day. We let the salesperson know from the start what we wanted, and that we wanted to buy two cars. The salesperson was so slow it took over 7 hours for the deals to be completed for the day and then we had to go back the next day to sign paperwork. That is absurd to me. I basically had to bed the salesperson to let us buy two cars. Looking back on the situation, we should have left. I am happy with the cars, they are great, but I would never recommend someone go to the dealership. At the end of the night the owner came over to thank us for the purchase and even said we were there longer than we should have been, however no one ever came over through the 7 hours asking if we needed help or what was taking so long. The whole process was bizarre.

The repair to wiring damage from squirrels looks good. My interaction with my service advisor however left much to be desired. I had an appointment was set for a Monday morning at 9:00 am with a basic estimate of $155. I went home and waited. I waited until about mid afternoon for an update. I then called for my advisor and left a message. I also sent him an email looking for an update. I waited for another hour and a half, still no response. I eventually got an email from the advisor who told me that the damage was more extensive than originally thought and that the new estimate was now $620 and if it was OK to proceed. He apologized for the delay and that they had gotten busy. I called back or him looking for an explanation. Again I got no answer so I left him another message. I then called to talk to the Service Manager for an update. He apologized for the delay and checked on the progress. He got back and said the they needed to order a “wiring pigtail “ to make a proper repair due to the extensive damage to the harness. He said the part should be in mid morning Tuesday morning. I gave him the OK to order the part. I again received no update by mid day Tuesday. I called my advisor mid afternoon and also left an email message. Still no response. I called again around 12:30 looking for an update. Left another message. I then called for the Service Manager who checked on status. He told me that the repairs were completed. I told him that I had an appointment out of town and migh not be back by 6:00 pm and that I might not be able to pick up my truck until Thursday morning. I was able to pick it up before the dealership closed that day. I used to be a District Manager prior to my retirement 7 years ago and always stressed the importance of communication with the customer regarding repair updates so the customer is not left hanging. Sorry for the length of this survey response, if anything could be improved on with this visit, it would be visit, it would be with communication. In this case I needed to initiate all communication with many messages left. The Service Manager was always available, but the main customer interface was never available.

I don’t understand why they change the steering wheel level, the radio, the seat height and the back of the seat. I understand pushing my seat back I’m short but the rest of it was ridiculous. I didn’t know how to fix the steering and had to get the book out and figure it out. Also my tires are supposed to have 35 lbs of air in it and they only put 34 in all of them.
